PROJECT MANAGER

At Rekluti, a consultancy specialized in technological talent in LATAM, we are looking for a Project Manager to drive large-scale software projects for our main international clients. You will be the driving force behind the operational success of our initiatives. In this role (Remote modality - LATAM), you will lead the end-to-end development of technological and architectural-based projects, ensuring delivery in a timely manner and with the highest quality standards.

Your main challenges: Lead the complete life cycle of highly complex technological or architectural projects. Comprehensively control the planning, monitoring and closure of initiatives. Proactively mitigate risks and manage cross dependencies between different technical teams.

Requirements

): 7+ years of verifiable experience managing technological or architectural projects.Postgraduate or current certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).Absolute mastery of schedules, risk management, minutes, dependencies and executive reporting.Power Skills:Collaborative Work: Ability to synergize multidisciplinary teams towards a common objective.Communication Assertive: Ability to translate the status of the project into clear and concise executive reports.
