The Software Engineer three role will be expected to take on leadership roles in the maintenance of automation test suites, and they will be tasked to work on production code as well. All Granicus Software Engineers are expected to contribute to the broader Granicus technology organization in the deployment and support of these applications in higher environments. All Granicus Software Engineers are expected to ownership of AI-driven solutions - ensuring are expected to design, build, and integrate AI capabilities as a fundamental part of their day-to-day responsibilities.What Your Impact Will Look LikeCollaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS based solutions.Communicate and work effectively with others to create great high quality software.Proactively improve our processes and the design and architecture of our products.Drive innovation by coming up with new product ideas.Perform technology and feasibility studiesDesign solutions that are highly secure, performant, scalable and highly available.Come up with technical solutions to complex problems and push them through to implementation.

Troubleshoot and fix production issues related to deployments, networking, configuration, databases, performance, stability, security, application logic, etc Help team members solve complex/urgent problems.Mentor and provide technical training to team members. Help train and onboard new hires.Champion the development team’s core valuesClear ownership of integrating AI into product features, workflows, and decision-making processes.Proactively identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automation, or customer value, and driving those initiatives end-to-end.You Will Love This Job If You HaveMinimum of 4+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality SaaS based web applicationsWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Proficient in C# and .NET frameworkExperience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .Net 6/8 and other .NET technologies.

Strong experience developing unit tests, integration tests, E2E tests, load/stress Strong experience with relational databases (MS SQL etc.)Strong understanding of Azure services, Azure Blob Storage, Azure functions, AKS etc.Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React and JavaScript/jQueryDemonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, applied AI use cases, and modern AI tooling.Experimentation with generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile development environments.Proficient in using version control systems, such as Git.Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills.About UsDon’t have all the skills/experience mentioned above?
