where you can get involved Your program with us doesn't include making coffee, but rather real product work: - You immerse yourself deeply in the product world of arzt-direkt - the digital link between doctors and patients, from the online calendar to the app. You will accompany us in making these connected products even smarter and more practical. - You help us to holistically understand the needs of doctors, therapists, practice teams and patients and to translate them into concrete ideas for our products. So you can finally see agile methods and product concepts not just in lecture slides, but directly in action. - You independently carry out market and trend analyzes in the e-health sector and derive fresh ideas for new products, comprehensive features or clever improvements. - You keep your eyes open for new opportunities and support the team in turning ideas into tangible concepts, for example in the form of user stories, feature details, first drafts or wireframes. - We don't believe in micromanagement at all: with us you get trust from the start, take on your own tasks and are allowed to push things forward independently.

What you should bring with you - You are a currently enrolled student - that is the only fixed basic requirement for us. It doesn't really matter to us which subject you study. Whether computer science, business administration, psychology, humanities or something completely different: the main thing is that you are interested in digital health and product management. - Your personality is much more important to us than your course of study: you are empathetic, curious and can empathize well with different user groups.

You want to understand what doctors, therapists, practice teams and patients really need in everyday life. - You work in a structured, careful and analytical manner and can understand complex

logically without losing the common thread. - You would like to get to know product management in practice and work with tools such as Jira, Figma or Miro or learn how to use them professionally with us. - You are welcome to put your interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to practical use with us. First steps with agentic AI are of course also welcome. - In order to really gain a foothold with us, you need to speak German at least at C1 level. why us?
