Lead Platform Engineer - Customer Success (w/m/d)

do what you love As a Lead Platform Engineer in Customer Success, you will develop and implement integrations between our product meshStack and our customers' complex enterprise system landscapes. You work hands-on in productive cloud environments, build reusable building blocks and ensure that internal platforms grow in a technically clean, scalable and sustainable manner. You structure integration projects, advise customers on technical decisions and take end-to-end responsibility for implementation.

Your mission You ensure that meshStack is seamlessly integrated into existing enterprise architectures - performant, secure and scalable. - Conception and implementation of integrations between meshStack and enterprise systems such as IAM, ITSM, SIEM or governance tools - Development of customer-specific extensions and reusable building blocks - Use of Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform / OpenTofu) to implement production-critical setups in cloud environments - Structuring integration projects and assuming end-to-end responsibility for scope, implementation and quality - Close collaboration with platform teams and Cloud architect: inside on the customer side - Ensuring the maintainability, documentation and scalability of integrations - Abstracting customer-specific solutions into generic patterns - Development of best practices for integrations and structured feedback of

Requirements

to the product team - Development of structured annual and project planning with the customer must haves - Several years of experience in platform, DevOps or cloud engineering with direct customer contact or advisory work - Extensive practical experience with at least one large cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP) - Very good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform / OpenTofu) - Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes - Experience in integrating enterprise systems (IAM, ITSM, Governance etc.) - Independent implementation of technical projects with clear ownership - German at a native level (C2) and fluent English (C1) - You have a genuine interest in people and are committed to a respectful, appreciative approach Together - regardless of origin, identity or background. nice-to-haves - Experience with cloud governance mechanisms (e.g. AWS IAM/SCPs, Azure Policies) - Knowledge of sovereign cloud platforms (StackIT, OVH, Tencent) - Knowledge of IT security standards (e.g.
