This is a people-first, relationship-driven role where you'll become the face of the brand across the influencer and trade community. You'll:Build and grow a network of influencers, tradespeople and DIY creatorsCreate and deliver engaging content alongside influencers and customersRepresent the brand at trade events, on-site visits and networking opportunitiesSupport sales activity by strengthening relationships with customers and partnersDrive community engagement across social platforms and campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadorsManage influencer gifting, campaigns, and ongoing engagementCreate and collaborate on high-performing social media contentVisit sites, workshops, and merchant branches to capture authentic product useOrganise influencer events, brand experiences, and trade show activityGrow online communities and encourage user-generated content and advocacyTrack performance metrics including engagement, views, and influencer activity

About You You're someone who:Is naturally outgoing, confident, and thrives on building relationshipsHas experience working with influencers, communities, or brand advocatesUnderstands (or has a genuine interest in) the trade, construction, or DIY sectorIs hands-on with content creation and social media platformsIs highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEnjoys getting out into the fieldâmeeting people, filming content, and representing a brandThinks commercially and understands how marketing supports sales growth
