Agency experience: At least 2 years in a (performance) marketing agency or an e-commerce company. You know the dynamics, the tempo and the standards. Broad skillset - real demands: Adobe, Figma & GenAI - you master your tools with confidence and attention to detail.

At the same time, you are always open to new things. Language & location: You speak and write German fluently and are ideally at home in Berlin (or willing to come here regularly). Ownership: You are pragmatic, structured and want to take on responsibility in a small, strong team and play a key role in shaping and developing the area.
