Salary: £30,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements

: Some experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst in a SOC environment.Experience with the Microsoft Defender suite is ideal, but other toolsets will be considered.Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response processes.Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and analysis of security incidents, ensuring accurate logging and escalation.Lead remediation efforts for identified vulnerabilities in collaboration with technology teams.Respond to incidents alongside the Head of Information Security.Work with the MSSP across incident response and proactive monitoring.Maintain and optimize Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, XDR/MDR/EDR solutions, and supporting tools.Track deployment and health of all security products across the business.Stay ahead of emerging threats and evolving technologies.
