What will your daily life be like? As a JR Marketing Analyst, you will work in the Marketing area and your main activities will be: Continuous monitoring of social networks and digital environments, monitoring mentions related to the brand, customers, products, services and strategic business themes. Identify, analyze and signal potential crises, reputational risks and sensitive issues, supporting decision-making and action plans.
Map relevant trends, behaviors, conversations and movements on social media, transforming data into actionable insights. Identify creative and positioning opportunities based on trending themes, cultural trends, conversations and current events, connecting these opportunities to the brand's strategy. Act in the connection between brand, customers, products and services, ensuring an integrated view of conversations and consumer experience.
Support internal areas with social intelligence for campaigns, positioning and communication actions. Monitor indicators and generate real-time alerts about relevant movements in the digital environment. Work in partnership with communication, marketing, customer service and business areas teams to direct actions.

Requirements
Solid experience with social media monitoring, social listening and digital conversation analysis. Knowledge of social media monitoring and management tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Buzzmonitor, Stilingue, Emplifi or similar).
Solid experience in identifying, classifying and monitoring reputational crises and sensitive topics. Analytical ability to transform data and conversation volume into actionable insights and recommendations. Knowledge of social media metrics, brand indicators and digital behavior.
Excel and PowerPoint at intermediate/advanced level. Experience with real-time monitoring and alert management.
