The main challenge is to manage a portfolio of high-volume commercial vacancies with organization, predictability, quality of assessment and constant communication with managers. The routine involves advertising vacancies, screening a large number of CVs, actively searching for candidates, contacting to schedule interviews, conducting initial interviews, monitoring the stages of the selection process and constant alignment with managers on the progress of the positions. Furthermore, it is essential to ensure a good experience for candidates, keep recruitment systems updated and monitor indicators such as candidate volume, conversion rate and vacancy closing time.
In your daily life, you will carry out high-volume selection processes for commercial vacancies; CVs according to the position profile; Carrying out interviews by telephone and video conference; Conducting individual and/or collective interviews to assess behavioral skills and adherence to the vacancy profile; Scheduling and monitoring the stages of the selection process; Constant alignment with managers on the progress of vacancies; Updating candidate information in the recruitment system;Monitoring recruitment indicators, such as volume of candidates, conversion and time for vacancies to close;Ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the selection process.What We Expect From YouComplete higher education;Mandatory experience with recruitment and selection, preferably in selection processes for the commercial area;Experience with high volume recruitment will be an advantage;Experience with monitoring recruitment indicators and goals, such as SLA for closing vacancies, hiring volume and candidate experience indicators;Good communication, organization and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.Working Hours8 hours per day + 1 hour break | Scale: 5x2 | Monday to Friday.
