As open source specialists, we have been driving digital transformation through open standards and technologies for over 25 years, shaping a world of innovative, sustainable and resilient IT solutions based on reliable open source technology. Our German team, consisting of around 15 people, works closely with customers to support them on their organizational and technical path to the cloud-native world.

We design, build and operate critical IT infrastructures using modern cloud-native technologies. Tasks We are looking for a Professional System Engineer to strengthen our team. In this role, you will independently implement customer projects for clusters, containers, automation and CI/CD solutions.

and resolve contradictions Design cloud services according to existing architectural guidelines Maintain cloud platforms Cleanly document features, services and procedures Coordinate and exchange information directly with customers Analyze technical problems and eliminate their causes Provide technical support to junior engineers and new team members Your expertise Configure network services with firewalls and load balancers Effectively protect workloads using standard hardening procedures Debug microservices and restart-tolerant setups Design automated CI/CD workflows for create efficient deployments confidently present tech topics in German and English your profile 2 to 5 years of experience as a system engineer in the cloud environment good application knowledge in containers & cloud (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, OpenShift, SUSE Rancher, Helm, Argo CD), automation & IaC (Terraform / OpenTofu, Ansible), security (Vault / OpenBao, DevSecOps) and CI/CD & GitOps (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD). German and English skills at C1 level Your soft skills Tackling challenges and thinking in a solution-oriented manner Identifying problems and implementing viable solutions Clarifying responsibilities, addressing hurdles and reliably keeping commitments Setting priorities cleverly, implementing them consistently and adapting them flexibly.
