We are looking for an entrepreneur in recruiting - someone who sees our entire hiring area as its own product, drives it independently, measures it and constantly improves it. When a week goes by without a hire, you want to know why - and have the answer before we ask. Your core mission: continually attract strong sales development reps (SDRs) - quickly, in quality and in quantity.
You build the entire recruiting area around this: process, tracking, sourcing channels and employer branding. Tasks Fill YOUR MISSION pipeline - proactively, not waiting. You actively source, go out, hunt for strong profiles and don't wait for someone to apply.
Quality over volume in the funnel. You will develop a sure hand for the right SDR profile, so that only candidates who really fit end up in our selection calls. Numbers under control.
You build clean tracking across the entire funnel (sourcing → interview → hire), identify bottlenecks yourself and take countermeasures based on data. Make processes better. You question existing processes and tools (including AI-supported screening steps) instead of taking them for granted - and contribute your own ideas.
Employer branding & channels. You further develop our advertisements, channels (Join, LinkedIn & Co.) and candidate experience. Your tasks in detail YOUR TASKS End-to-end recruiting for SDRs: from approaching to screening to signing a contract Active sourcing via LinkedIn, job platforms, active sourcing and setting up your own channels Building and maintaining a meaningful recruiting dashboard & reporting (conversion rates, time-to-hire, channel performance) Self-responsible alert system: You sound the alarm before the pipeline runs dry Continuous optimization of the process, interview setup and tooling Close collaboration with management and sales lead on demand planning and conditions

What you bring Proven successes in recruiting - ideally in the sales, startup or high-volume environment Ownership mentality: You drive topics yourself, do not need close control and think entrepreneurially with active sourcing skills: You actively find and acquire talent instead of just waiting for them to come in Good feel for people & Profiles - you quickly recognize potential and fit High self-motivation and speed in a remote setup Business-fluent German Nice to have experience with recruiting tools (e.g. Join) and AI-supported processes Experience in building recruiting structures from the ground up Employer branding or people/culture experience
