Your new dream job In this role, you are the central pacesetter for cross-departmental projects and the person who not only uses AI workflows, but actively shapes them. Cross-domain project orchestration & ownership: You plan, control and implement projects independently, from legal and HR to operations and marketing.

You don’t have to be a subject matter expert in every domain. With openness, ownership and the ability to ask the right questions, you will quickly familiarize yourself with any topic. You actively use AI workflows for project planning, status updates, risk analysis and documentation, always with a focus on decisions with real leverage.

Strategic project concept & sparring: You get a goal and use it to independently build the scope, concept and project process. You are the strategic counterpart for Project Requester and accompany the project team from the first idea to the final implementation. Your goal: not just coordinate, but challenge and get the best possible result.

Analysis, Reporting & AI Quality Gate: You create KPI-based reports, derive optimization potential and transfer learnings to future projects in a structured manner. At the same time, you are the quality gate for AI outputs: you check them critically, identify errors and gaps, and keep them on track before they move on. Interface management & communication: You are the human anchor point for everyone involved in the project and the driving force behind smooth communication.

You know the current status of the project at all times, identify risks early and act with foresight. You translate complex project statuses into clear, unambiguous roadmaps in German and English and ensure that everyone involved knows what to do next. Process ownership & team enablement: You contribute more than your own projects.

As a team, you will develop PM-AI workflows together that are considered a shared standard for everyone. You build them, pass them on and actively promote their further development. Your goal: not only work more efficiently yourself, but also raise the entire PM team to a new level.

Requirements

Your superpowers Sound project management know-how: You have mastered classic and agile methods and use them depending on the situation. You plan projects in a structured manner, manage them to completion using tools like ClickUp and take real responsibility for time, budget and results. Even with parallel projects from completely different domains, you can keep an overview, identify dependencies early and find pragmatic solutions.

You have at least three years of experience in project management. Strong communication skills & stakeholder management: You communicate clearly and authoritatively in German and English, with legal as well as with operations or marketing. You moderate conflicts, create transparency and hold the reins even in complex coordination rounds.

Strategic flair & ownership mindset: You can critically evaluate project requests, develop scopes independently and act as a critical counterpart for the project requester and team, with the aim of achieving the best possible end result. Analytical & data-based way of working: You use key figures to make project successes measurable, to recognize connections and to implement improvements. You don't just present what happened - you show what it means and what comes next.

AI Literacy & Prompting Excellence: AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini are part of your daily tools and you know how to brief them correctly. This starts before the first prompt: You translate vague

Onboard a new project: A new topic lands on your table, not your core domain, but you know how to set up projects. You'll write a sharp problem statement, brief Claude with full context, and generate project outline, risk profile, and kick-off agenda in a fraction of the time. You review critically, make improvements and start the kick-off call well prepared.

Short break, real balance: a virtual coffee call with a colleague, going for a walk. You work remotely, so you use this freedom consciously. Cross-Department Weekly: Today: Legal update on a compliance project, directly on to an OPs tool rollout.

Two completely different worlds, two different languages. You keep track of things, translate between teams and ensure that decisions are made, not just discussed. Workflow audit: You see that three different teams manually write almost identical status reports every week.
