This is a high-impact role with direct influence on company performance and strategy.You will:Own sportsbook margin performance and optimisation initiativesDiagnose structural leakage across cohorts, markets, and productsDefine and prioritise a margin optimisation roadmapReview pricing, limits, and stake factor frameworksAssess and optimise promotional and generosity mechanicsPartner with Risk, Commercial, and Product teams to implement improvementsEstablish performance reporting and governance frameworksManage and develop a Trading QuantDefine tooling and platform improvements with EngineeringLeverage AI and automation to improve workflows
