Qualifications
University degree (preferably computer science, economics or cultural studies) and a great interest and enjoyment in working for customers in the area of cultural heritage Experience in managing customer projects in the area of IT or web-based applications, preferably at a service company High level of independence, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team, also and especially in everyday virtual team life Very good communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Professional experience in Belgium and/or the Netherlands. Sustained enthusiasm for understanding new customer needs as well as detailed execution. Experienced in alternating between commercial and technical perspectives.
Experience in configuring business applications is an advantage. Knowledge of collection management systems or the basics of archiving and documentation is an advantage. Experienced use of helpdesk/ticket/task management systems is an advantage.
