At Aivisory, an emerging AI boutique consultancy, we are looking for a Technical AI Consultant who combines in-depth technical knowledge with a feel for customers and projects. Too many companies fail to put AI into practice sustainably - either because the technical basis is missing or because no one bridges the gap between technology and business.

This is exactly the bridge you build: you understand AI architectures in detail, but you can also explain them in an understandable way to non-technical people and implement them together with our development team. With a small, experienced and growing team, we offer you the opportunity to have a direct influence and contribute your ideas. With us, varied AI projects await you in a friendly and open working atmosphere - from the first architectural draft to the production-ready system.

Important: We are not looking for a “hardcore techie” who wants to program alone all day. You will advise companies with us and communicate directly with our partners and customers: i.e. you will deliver projects independently, develop AI architectures, communicate with customers on an equal level and, if necessary, lead workshops. Advising customers on questions of technical feasibility, scalability and sustainable integration of AI solutions into existing IT landscapes Translation of complex technical issues into functioning, secure and sustainable AI products Continuous learning about current developments in the AI world as well as new technologies, frameworks and approaches

Qualifications

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science, machine learning or a comparable subject Professional experience in a customer-oriented role, ideally in (IT/AI) consulting or a comparable environment with direct customer contact (including internal customers) Sound technical understanding of AI/ML architectures, common frameworks as well as modern cloud and software architectures You do not see yourself exclusively as a developer, but would like to use your technical knowledge to develop AI-driven solutions and help customers strategically to advise on content Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with a confident appearance (First) experience in the preparation and implementation of (technical) workshops or training courses is an advantage Excellent communication skills & team-oriented work in German and English Occasional willingness to travel to support customers on site if necessary Ideally, you live in Berlin - if not, the position can also be carried out remotely throughout Germany
