We are looking for a Senior Accountant (Team Lead Accounting) (m/f/d) to join our finance team as soon as possible - full-time or part-time and with the option to work hybrid or remotely.

These are your tasks. Together with our Head of Finance, you will assume overall responsibility for ongoing financial accounting. You independently create monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in DATEV.

You support and optimize our preliminary systems (including easybill and Finway) and ensure smooth interfaces to DATEV. You will continuously develop and standardize our accounting processes, with a focus on digitalization, efficiency and meaningful reporting. You monitor the open items and control and optimize our dunning process.

You work closely with our Head of Finance and are the contact person for auditors, tax advisors and internal departments. You create financial reports and analyze relevant key figures as a basis for decision-making for management and management. In the future, you will take over the technical team management in accounting.

Thanks to your expertise, you will reach the following milestones with us 0-3 months: You will take responsibility for the first areas of financial accounting and get to know our entire system landscape, from easybill to Finway to DATEV. 4-6 months: You are responsible for the monthly financial statements in DATEV, standardize central accounting processes and continuously develop them. 7-12 months: You take over the technical management of the accounting team, manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as audits and further develop the accounting into a scalable organization for sustainable growth.

This is what you bring with you: You have completed commercial training, e.g. B. as a tax clerk, or further training to become an accountant (IHK). You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a digitally positioned medium-sized company or a scale-up.

You have very good knowledge of DATEV and have experience in dealing with preliminary systems such as easybill, Finway or comparable tools. You know the principles of proper accounting (GoB) and prepare monthly and annual financial statements routinely and independently. You are confident with MS Excel and enjoy optimizing processes and actively promoting digitalization.

You work in a structured, responsible and precise manner and impress with a high level of reliability. You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and would like to take on professional responsibility in the future.
