About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and well-connected Fundraising Specialist/Fundraising Lead to help attract investment for an early-stage AI-powered B2B platform.This is not a traditional sales role. The main goal is to position the project effectively for investors, build a relevant investor pipeline, communicate the product vision and business opportunity, and support the fundraising process from first contact to successful investment outcomes.This role is best suited for someone who understands startup fundraising, knows how to communicate with investors, and ideally has an existing network of angel investors, private investors, funds, entrepreneurs, or business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential investors, including angel investors, private investors, funds, and business contactsBuild and manage a high-quality investor pipelineApproach and engage relevant investors through warm introductions, direct outreach, networking, and other channelsPresent and pitch the project in a clear, compelling, and credible wayTranslate the product vision, market opportunity, and business potential into a strong investor narrativeManage communication and follow-ups with potential investors throughout the fundraising processSupport investor conversations, negotiations, and deal structuring together with the project stakeholdersHelp refine fundraising materials, messaging, and positioning based on investor feedbackDrive the fundraising process from initial contact to closing
