In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining manual test suites, validating conversational AI experiences, and supporting the delivery of high-quality software products.What You’ll DoDesign and execute test plans, test cases, and test data based on

Requirements

.Perform functional, non-functional, and regression testing across software releases.Use proprietary tools to validate conversational flows and confirm AI responses meet expected standards.Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution.Maintain accurate testing documentation and contribute to process improvement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth, timely, and high-quality releases.Help strengthen testing standards, procedures, and best practices across the function.Uphold a culture of respect, fairness, safety, privacy, and compliance in all interactions and work practices.What We’re Looking ForExperience with test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.Exposure to automated testing tools.Strong understanding of software development methodologies.Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Experience with Speech Recognition, Voice Biometrics, or Conversational AI is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.3+ years of experience in software testing.Hands-on experience in manual testing.Additional
