Lead Content Designer

We're looking for a Lead Content Designer to drive content design, influence product strategy, shape systems, implement frameworks and execute across our digital ecosystem. You will report to the Director of Content Development.You'll operate as a cross-product leader, shaping experiences across web, mobile, apps, virtual assistants, and emerging AI surfaces.

Qualifications

7+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategyExperience leading discovery, strategy, and scalable content systemsStrong information architecture and systems thinking skillsAbility to translate complex, regulated content into clear experiencesData-informed decision making and content measurement experienceProven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influenceExperience developing guidelines and governance practicesBackground in design systems and content standardsPortfolio demonstrating ability to guide product strategy with clear impactPreferred
