Key Responsibilities
Program & Project LeadershipLead and coordinate all phases of assigned programs, including RFP support, order confirmations, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery, and installationDevelop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal execution teamsServe as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day project execution, maintaining clear, proactive communication with the Coach teamOperational & Technical OversightReview and approve design and architectural fixture drawings prior to releaseMonitor production status at manufacturing facilities to ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are metIdentify risks early and drive corrective actions in partnership with internal and external stakeholdersManage finished goods inventory, reorders, and program‑specific logistics

Qualifications
& ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 5 - 7 years of project or program management experience; retail, fixture, or manufacturing environments strongly preferredProven experience managing complex, multi‑phase programs with tight timelines and multiple stakeholdersStrong working knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and installation workflowsAbility to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawingsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience preferredStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost tracking, and margin awarenessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyWillingness to travel as required
