Job Description Summary Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Supervisory functions (i.e. Site Managers) responsible for the ENTIRE scope of site activities during the ITO and/or OTR phase, under the direction and on behalf of the Overall Project Manager. Lead the site team and manage the execution of the project's scope of work.

Could also manage multiple locations for the project. Ensure schedule, quality and cost meet contractual obligations, company policies and local regulations. - Uses in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline as well as analytical thinking and technical experience to implement policy/strategy. - Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of competition and the factors that distinguish the company in the market - Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside the established parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical diversity and/or interdependent production cycles.Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to make decisions. - Serves as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
