Qualifications
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Experience: - At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate development. - Previous exposure to M&A transactions or relevant internship experience is highly preferred. Technical Skills: - Strong financial modeling skills in Excel. - Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials. - Familiarity with financial databases and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook) is a plus.
Language Skills: - Fluent/advanced English required (written and verbal), given regular interaction with international clients and teams. Soft Skills: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective project and time management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset.
