We are expanding our nursing team. Your mission will be to help patients with different pathologies, providing health education for the management of their daily lives, promoting motivation to change healthy lifestyle habits. What you will do in your daily life: Conduct health surveys to collect useful data about the state of health and well-being of the respondents with the aim of understanding health in general, the factors that impact a certain disease, the opinion on the medical services provided and the risk factors associated with the individual's health, among others.

It is about obtaining a general evaluation about the client's health, taking into account their medical history but complete. Compile health data in accordance with the quality standards established internally. Transcription of clear and orderly, complete and understandable information.

Requirements
