About the Role
As Director of Engineering, you will own the technical execution and team leadership of several core engineering pods at House Rx. You'll lead a team of 18, including two Engineering Managers and their respective pods, a Staff Engineer, the QA team, and several direct IC engineers.You'll report to the VP of Engineering and work alongside a peer Director of Engineering. This is a high-visibility leadership role with real technical expectations.
