Requirements

• Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiter, preferably with experience in sales recruitment. - Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively identify candidates using various recruitment platforms and talent databases. - Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities independently. - Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and personal laptop.
