IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)

We are now looking for an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) for our team at our headquarters in Frankenthal. Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation of our IT services within the EXCO Group and support our employees at the company headquarters and branches with all IT-related issues. The position is initially limited to two years and offers the option of being taken on for a permanent period if the collaboration is successful.

Tasks First point of contact for IT inquiries and technical problems (first-level support) Analysis, resolution and documentation of hardware and software problems in our ticket system Setting up, installing and configuring workstation systems, mobile devices and peripheral devices Supporting our employees with IT-relevant issues Participation in IT rollouts, moves and internal IT projects

Qualifications

Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, IT system electronics engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable technical qualification First professional experience in IT support, help desk or system support is an advantage Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and basic network technologies Enjoyment of practical IT tasks as well as a strong hands-on mentality Analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as a friendly and service-oriented demeanor Very good knowledge of spoken and written German (C1), knowledge of English an advantage
