You will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces in our suite of Virtual Assembly Line tools. You will have a chance to directly drive impact and work with an exceptional team on one of the world’s most pressing problems. As a Product Design Working Student you will: Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, data scientists, and developers to define problems, lead research initiatives & create high fidelity design solutions for new and existing features.
Quickly understanding complex models & problems, and designing intuitive, elegant, user-centric solutions. Facilitating and executing qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing with our rapidly expanding user-base. Collaborating with 1K5º designers to sharpen your design craft, with a huge opportunity to slingshot your career development.
Dein Profil The successful candidate will have: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field in a German University A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process (academic projects are welcome!) A strong grasp and command of Figma A sense of quality for intuitive user experiences, interaction patterns, and visual design. A finger on the pulse of design trends and industry best practices Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive, and energized attitude Bonus points for: Experience or knowledge of the climate tech industry German fluency
