Your Responsibilities

:Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations including product development, sales, finance and team leadershipDevelop and maintain direct relationships with customers with demonstrated respect and responsiveness to the voice of customersDevelop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunitiesDevelop and execute operational strategies, processes and best practices to support business growth, effectiveness, and competitivenessBuild and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovationOwn overall P&L accountability for the business, ensuring delivery of monthly and annual financial commitments while also focusing on sustainable growthDrive business development strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand market presenceLeverage parent company and external opportunities to drive sales growthcommunicate complex challenges, processes and solutions to a broad audience including both technical and non-technical leaders and stakeholdersOversee customer communications, maintaining a relentless focus on delivery, quality and costMaintain strong professional relationships both within and outside of the organizationBuild collaborative relationships with leaders to ensure strategic alignmentYour

Qualifications

:Bachelor’s degree in business required, Master’s degree in business preferredCommercial building/data center industry experience7+ years’ experience in key leadership role(s)Track record of success impacting strong financial and market share outcomes through effective strategy, coordination and executionDemonstrated success at leading start up business through effective, sustainable rapid growth to deliver superior sales and customer satisfaction resultsPreferred background in data center infrastructure, HVAC, and/or cooling technologiesAbility to maintain strong professional relationships both within and outside of the organizationYour
