This is a detail-oriented, production-focused role for someone who can manage a high volume of work, apply sound judgment to complex architectural assessments, and maintain exceptional accuracy under tight turnaround expectations. The right person is tech-savvy, self-directed, and takes ownership of their output while actively contributing to team efficiency and process improvement.

You will serve as a developing subject matter expert, supporting workflows, onboarding new team members, and helping elevate the quality and consistency of our diagramming operations.What You Will Do As A Measurement TechnicianUse iRoofing’s proprietary software to accurately diagram roofs from aerial imageryAnalyze building architecture and apply sound judgment to complete complex or non-standard diagramsManage incoming work efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet quality and turnaround expectationsCommunicate clearly and effectively in English (written and verbal) using company toolsTake ownership of quality and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies or edge cases independentlyProvide constructive feedback to improve tools, workflows, and team outputContribute to process improvements and documentation, including updating training materials and shared resourcesSupport onboarding and integration of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practicesAct as a developing subject matter expert (SME) in roofing diagramming, tools, and workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and team performanceWhat You Will Bring As A Measurement Technician3+ years of experience in a production, operations, or technical role requiring accuracy and throughputStrong comfort with technology and web-based tools; ability to learn systems quicklyHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a high-volume environmentProblem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret visual data and make informed decisionsExperience with Xactimate or roof sketching tools (preferred)Proven experience working with US-based business teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWorking Hours: 8 Hours (excluding breaks)4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30 PM - 11:30 PM IST)4 flexible hours (IST)Workspace: A quiet space to work with an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps uploadThe application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from June 22, 2026.
