In this role, you'll bring business knowledge, technical expertise, and strategic priorities to life through innovative learning solutions that empower employees across the organisation.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines instructional design expertise, digital creativity, and commercial awareness to build learning experiences that are engaging, scalable, and impactful.As the Learning and Enablement Content Creator, you will:Create high-quality learning content across a variety of formats, including:eLearning modulesVideo-based learningWorkshops and facilitator guidesToolkits and playbooksPresentations and digital resourcesLearning journeys and capability programmesWork closely with subject matter experts, to transform complex topics into clear, learner-focused experiences that are practical, memorable, and easy to apply in the real world.Leverage modern learning technologies, multimedia tools, and AI-enabled approaches to deliver engaging digital experiences at scale, to explore new ways to:Improve learner engagement and accessibilityEnhance the user experienceIncrease the effectiveness and reach of learningBring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the learning landscapeCreate enablement content that helps employees develop confidence, capability, and performance in areas such as:Customer value and market understandingProduct and solution knowledgeSales effectivenessLeadership capabilityProfessional and personal developmentManage learning libraries and digital assetsKeep content accurate, relevant, and accessibleUse learner feedback and analytics to improve effectivenessDeveloping reusable templates, frameworks, and design standards that improve consistency and efficiency

Qualifications
