IT Operations Engineer (gn)

In your role as IT Operations Engineer (gn), you and your team will shape the path from support-driven operations to standardized, cloud-based and largely automated processes.

You work in a cloud-only environment based on Microsoft 365 and Azure and have a real influence on the stability, security and scalability of our IT. Then we look forward to getting to know you. You standardize, develop and automate IT operations processes in our cloud-only environment and thus actively drive transformation. You plan, implement and operate complex Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations - including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC and access reviews.

You are responsible for incident, problem and change management according to ITIL principles with an SLA focus and you analyze disruptions sustainably symptomatic You handle IT security incidents, take on incident response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) and work closely with our SOC You support the audit of the information security certification according to ISO 27001 You further develop our UEM/MDM setup with Intune - for Windows, iOS and macOS, including software distribution and policy management Your strengths You have in-depth practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) You have a very good understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem and change management and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner You have experience in IT security operations and incident response - you are familiar with EDR, M365 Defender and the Compliance Center You have a strong hands-on mindset, take on responsibility early on and get started straight away Experience with automation of IT processes (scripting, Workflow automation, M365 automation) or initial points of contact with AI-supported supporting functions are a plus You have business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) Why come to us?
