Your role at karriere tutor® As a Career Consultant (f/m/d), you accompany interested parties on their path to appropriate further training and support them in achieving their professional goals. With your consulting skills, your feel for people and your final strength, you will turn interested people into enthusiastic participants. This is what your day looks like with us - you advise interested parties individually on our funded further training offers by phone, Microsoft Teams and email. - You analyze the personal situation and qualification needs of those interested and find the right further training together. - You accompany your interested parties from the initial contact to successful registration and ensure a trusting customer journey. - You impress with empathetic, solution-oriented advice and create a high quality of advice without cold calling. - You work closely with our pre-sales, sales support and educational consulting teams and ensure a smooth process. - You carefully document your consultations in our CRM system and keep an eye on your sales metrics. - You contribute ideas for optimizing our consulting and sales processes and develop them further together with your team. your profile What you bring with you - Several years of experience in consulting-intensive sales, ideally in an educational, service or consulting environment - Enjoyment in accompanying people on their professional path and advising them individually - High degree orientation and a sure feeling for the needs of those interested - Strong communication skills, empathy and persuasiveness - Independent, structured and responsible way of working - Confident use of CRM systems and common MS Office applications - Very good verbal knowledge of German and writing That's a plus - Experience in education or further training - Knowledge of funding opportunities (e.g. education voucher, Qualification Opportunities Act) - Experience in telephone sales or inside sales - Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems our
