Qualifications
What you bring with you: Demonstrable, several years of HubSpot experience - You have already been responsible for several sales, marketing and/or service hub implementation projects, ideally on the agency/consulting side or as an internal HubSpot manager with project management experience. Deep platform know-how: Custom objects, workflows, sequences, lead scoring, reporting, authorization concepts and data modeling are part of your everyday life.

Spot certifications are a strong plus. Integration experience: You have already connected HubSpot to other systems and understand APIs, webhooks, iPaaS/middleware solutions (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n) and data migration scenarios.
Project management skills: You manage projects in a structured and confident manner - even when things get hectic - and keep budget, scope and timeline under control. Skillful customer interaction: You communicate clearly, authoritatively and at eye level - from the user to management. You will be convincing in workshops and presentations in German and English.
Personal responsibility: You don't wait for instructions, but proactively drive your projects forward and make well-founded decisions.
