What Success Looks Like
in this role: Unisys is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead the delivery of critical IT services for key banking and financial services clients. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and client satisfaction within complex, regulated environments.You will be a Delivery Enablement Manager for our core banking solution, managing a mixed skill team to deliver new product features on time, to budget and to the required quality. Key Responsibilities
