The Role: We are looking for a Restaurant Operations and Technology Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience.

This role works directly with restaurant owners and operators, supporting them with their key business challenges (from operations to marketing and business growth), educating them on third-party restaurant technology solutions, and advising them on the solutions most applicable to their needs. This role requires knowledge and passion for restaurants, an affinity for technology, and a desire to proactively build relationships in the industry. The ideal candidate has direct experience working in the restaurant industry and understands technology from that perspective.

This role will require curiosity and proactive engagement with clients. Those who enjoy building and maintaining relationships will have the greatest success.Responsibilities:Advise restaurant operators to answer questions about their business and/or technology, helping to identify possible solutions for their companyConnect restaurant operators with solutions from verified external providers (typically third parties), acting as a promoter and intermediary to facilitate the best solution at the preferred price Proactively build relationships with our parent company's sales organization, positioning yourself as a trusted resource for them and their customersSupport in the evaluation of new external partners and their technology solutionsContinuously learn about new restaurant technologies and how they integrate into the restaurant businessSupport internal and external events and needs, including webinars, podcast participations, food shows and moreCollaborate with internal Product, Content and Growth teams to contribute to team strategies

Requirements
