Chatsetter / pre-qualification (m/f/d) - self-employed, part-time activity

For the health sector, we are looking for communicative people who can accompany interested parties via chat, answer questions according to specified procedures and prepare appointments for meetings. Tasks Your tasks: Processing incoming messages Communication with interested parties via chat Pre-qualification of interested parties Answering general questions as specified Making an appointment for further discussions Documenting contacts in the system Collaborating in a team This is not cold calling by telephone.

Qualifications

The job is suitable for people who: like to communicate with people, work reliably and in a structured manner, want to work independently of location, are willing to learn new processes, are able to invest at least around 5 hours per week, are looking for a part-time job, are not looking for short-term results, but are willing to familiarize themselves with a job in the long term, want to build up a long-term additional income, career changers are welcome. Please note: This is a self-employed job. There is no employment relationship.

There is no fixed salary, pay based on effort. Independent work is required. The job is suitable is not for people who are looking for a traditional permanent position or a guaranteed income
