Dispute Resolution Counsel

We are seeking a talented Senior Litigation Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will independently manage and directly handle complex dispute matters and contribute to our firm's commitment to professional excellence and integrity.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Directly oversee and manage high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including:Сommercial litigation (e.g., breach of rental agreements, breach of contract for defective equipment)International arbitration (e.g., cases involving fraudulent misrepresentation and damages recovery)Financial recovery cases involving frozen balances, unauthorized transactions, or overpaid fundsDraft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in various jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK)Independently manage and direct all phases of litigation, including high-value discovery, depositions, and trial preparationCoordinating local counselsConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategiesAssist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparationDevelop and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessiblePrepare legal memoranda and briefs on various legal issuesConduct document reviews and manage e-discovery processesAssist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedingsMaintain and update case management systems and litigation calendarsCollaborate with expert witnesses and other professionals to build strong casesContribute to the development of litigation strategies and case theoriesStay current on relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions affecting our practice areasContribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives by creating and maintaining legal templates and research databasesAssist in preparing internal communications and status reportsParticipate in various operational activities, including drafting proposals and assisting with client presentationsWHAT WE'LL LOOK FOR IN YOU:Education and

Qualifications
