About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and learner-focused Skills Coach to support apprentices studying the Level 4 Project Management apprenticeship standard.You'll work closely with a cohort of learners, providing coaching, support, challenge, and guidance throughout their apprenticeship journey. Your role will be to help learners develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours while ensuring they remain engaged, make strong progress, and successfully achieve their apprenticeship.This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's professional development, helping project management professionals build confidence, capability, and practical workplace skills. Key Responsibilities
You will:Develop and maintain positive coaching relationships with learners throughout their apprenticeship journeyDeliver engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, workshops, and learning activitiesSupport learners to develop their project management knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standardMonitor learner progress and implement interventions where additional support is requiredConduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers, setting meaningful development goalsPrepare learners for End Point Assessment and support them to achieve successful outcomesMaintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with apprenticeship

Qualifications
EssentialExperience coaching, mentoring, training, or supporting adult learnersStrong knowledge and practical experience of project management principles and methodologiesAbility to build positive relationships and motivate learners from a range of backgroundsExcellent communication, organisation, and time management skillsAbility to manage a caseload of learners and maintain accurate recordsPassion for learning, development, and helping others achieve their potentialMinimum GCSE Grade C/Level 4 (or equivalent) in English and MathematicsDesirableExperience delivering or supporting apprenticeship programmesExperience within project management roles or environmentsQualification at Level 4 or above in Project Management or a related disciplineTeaching, coaching, assessment, or training
