UGC Manager/ Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

We are now looking for a UGC Manager/Creative Strategist (m/f/d) - Mannheim Tasks You will take over communication with our content creators and accompany them from onboarding to inquiries to the implementation of ongoing UGC projects.

You will maintain and expand our creator pool, view applications and support the sourcing of new, suitable content creators. Unfold your creativity: Write creative briefs for UGC, recut projects and high-quality shoots you can fully contribute your strategic and creative skills Coordinate feedback loops, check created content and ensure that our quality standards are adhered to For larger HQ productions, you support the team in pre-planning and, if necessary, accompany shoots on site (Berlin or Mannheim)

Qualifications

You have at least 1 year of experience as a creative strategist or creator manager and are familiar with writing briefs for various video projects A good feel for social media, trends and high-performance content (e.g. TikTok & Instagram) - you are at home in the UGC game and want to continue your training You are a communication ace with organizational talent: You connect people and ideas, keep track of several parallel projects and ensure smooth processes between teams, creators and processes You understand the mechanisms of growth marketing and can interpret relevant key figures in order to develop creative and strategic approaches Ideally, you have experience in planning high-quality video shoots and accompany them on site and, ideally, bring experience as a content creator with
