Account audits, breakdown analysis and anomaly detection are powered by AI; you provide the question, check the output and make the decision. You decode creative performance: You recognize why a winner wins (hook, mechanism, objection handling, proof) and translate that into the next test hypothesis. You bring your own angle and set-piece hypotheses into the creative planning: which segment is underserved, which purchasing hurdle is unanswered, which piece of the customer journey is missing.
You tell customers the hard truth when the bottleneck is the offer, the landing page or the product and not the ads. And you always provide an alternative path.
Qualifications
Your profile: Demonstrable experience in managing meta-ads accounts with a relevant budget You work daily and deeply with AI: own prompts and workflows, experience with LLM-supported analysis. You can specifically show where AI has made you faster and where you consciously don't trust it. You can take apart someone else's winning ad and explain why it works.
Not “good video”, but target group, mechanism, evidence. You know the basic logic of awareness and sophistication levels (Schwartz) or something comparable from practice: different levels of consciousness need different messages. You think in business figures and understand ROAS ≠ contribution margin.
You have the patience for long journeys, the discipline to follow a system and are able to confront customers.
