This position is remote and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 15%.The employee may be required to perform other job-related duties as requested by management. All duties will be assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for managing all real estate matters for renewable energy projectsManaging all title matters including preliminary searches, proforma negotiations, and obtaining all required endorsements and policies needed for financial closing.Manage all title insurance company relationshipsCommissioning and reviewing ALTA surveysCuring all title matters needed for title policy issuance.

Qualifications
