FIXER £130 - £150 PER DAY TAXES PAID BY COMPANY

We are a construction company and we are looking for Fixers.Duties will inclue :The successful candidate will work on residential and commercial projects, carrying out a wide range of construction, maintenance, refurbishment, and finishing works to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

General construction and property maintenance.First fix and second fix carpentry.Basic bricklaying and blockwork repairs.Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (within competence).Plasterboarding, plaster patching, and drylining.Painting and decorating.Wall and floor tiling.Flooring installation, including laminate, vinyl, and carpet tiles.Kitchen and bathroom fitting assistance.Door, lock, window, and ironmongery installation and repairs.Silicone sealing and finishing works.Roof and gutter repairs (where required).Concrete repairs and external maintenance.General snagging and finishing works.Site preparation and material handling.Operating hand and power tools safely.Keeping sites clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.Working alongside site managers, contractors, and other trades.Please call Stanley for the role: 07*** *** 880
