Tasks You are responsible for our customers' meta accounts end-to-end - from creative creation to campaign structure and scaling. You work directly with our in-house advertorials and create your ad creatives with our AI tools. No waiting for a creative team - you own the entire testing loop and decide what goes live, what scales, and what dies. • Creation of ad creatives with our AI tools based on our advertorials - hooks, angles, ad copy included • Building, controlling and scaling meta campaigns for multiple D2C accounts • Systematic creative and angle testing based on our advertorial funnels • Weekly performance reports and direct coordination with customers via Slack Qualification • 3+ years of hands-on meta media buying, of which accounts with 6 to 6 are proven 7-digit monthly spend scaled • You create your test creatives independently - openness to AI-supported creative workflows, strong ad copy skills, feeling for hooks • Experience with advertorial/presell funnels and a strong understanding of direct response • Confident use of tracking setups (CAPI, attribution, post-purchase surveys, etc.) • Independent, structured way of working - for us, remote means trust, not control • Fluent in German (customer communication)
