Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team and support the support and further development of our customers' Microsoft 365 environments. You work directly with our business customers on site or remotely and are the central contact for all topics related to Microsoft 365. Tasks Your tasks: Microsoft 365 administration: Setting up, configuring and optimizing Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive for customers.

User and rights management: Manage user accounts and access rights in Azure Active Directory while adhering to security policies. Security management: Implement and monitor security measures such as Conditional Access, MFA and Defender for Office 365. Support and troubleshooting: First point of contact for technical problems with a focus on fast, professional support.

Migrations: Perform migrations from on-premises Microsoft services or other platforms to the Microsoft 365 cloud. Automation: Developing workflows and automating recurring tasks using Power Automate and PowerShell. Process optimization: Analysis of existing Microsoft 365 environments and suggestions for efficiency improvements.

Escalation management: Coordinating complex technical issues with Microsoft support or external partners.

Qualifications

What you bring with you: Completed technical vocational training or comparable professional experience of at least 2 years. In-depth knowledge of the administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. Ideally, you have one or more of the following certifications: MS-102, SC-900, SC-300 or a comparable certification.

Experience using PowerShell to automate tasks. A solid understanding of IT security concepts and data protection. Customer orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in an understandable manner.

A solution-oriented and structured way of working as well as personal initiative. Openness to new technologies and developments in the areas of Microsoft 365 and cloud. Very good knowledge of German (at least C1).

Ideally a class B driving license, as you will also be working on-site with customers.
