THE BADAJOZ PROVINCE LAUNCHES AN EDITION OF THE EMPLOYMENT FAIR ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS IN ONLINE FORMAT

José Salado, presented this morning at a press conference the new edition of the Employment, Entrepreneurship and Business Fair, returning in online format after its last celebration in 2019. Lorenzo Molina highlighted that the area he presides has among its objectives to support equal opportunities and rights between the rural and urban world, the implementation of innovative initiatives and the promotion of entrepreneurship.

To achieve these objectives, there is the Entrepreneurship Office that directs its actions to the provincial rural environment, affected by the demographic challenge. The organization of the Employment, Entrepreneurship and Business Fairs stands out as an event that aims to strengthen employability and business growth in the province. For his part, J.

José Salado explained that since the first fair was held in 2015, more than six thousand eight hundred people, both employed and unemployed with different profiles, have attended and created more than 500 resumes, more than 300 companies in the province have participated by conducting interviews and collecting CVs, 670 job offers presented and more than 2,500 job interviews carried out. He also indicated that this year, together with the Provincial Council of Badajoz, they have the challenge of jointly organizing job fairs virtually, a new modality that pursues the objectives to identify companies with hiring needs and people with sufficient

This new edition will consist of three virtual fairs segmented by areas of interest for the province of Badajoz such as AgroEconomy, June 29 and 30, Techno Employment, October 5 and 6, and Green Employment, October 26 and 27.
