Senior Creative Designer Paid Social - Vollzeit (m/w/d)

Stronger is the external content factory for e-com, medium-sized companies and corporates. We produce content of all kinds - UGC, performance creatives, video, static, animation and ensure more performant & scalable content through our iterative approach. One of the things that makes this possible is our Creator Pool with over 2,000 personalities in more than 20 countries.

If you are enthusiastic about strong creatives and social content and also want to shape and develop a design team professionally, you have come to the right place. We are now looking for a full-time Senior Creative Designer to join us. Tasks You create creatives (static, video and animations) for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, which significantly influence the performance of our campaigns.

You design, together with our strategy team, creative concepts that stand out from the crowd and implement them independently. You remain constantly on the lookout for current trends and bring in your own creative ideas. You are responsible for your own project work to a defined extent (and in the process live out our quality standards - and continuously develop them further.

Qualifications

You have several years of experience in creative production for paid social (static, video, animation) on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok You have already professionally guided, coached or supervised designers and know how good feedback works. You are very confident in using the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects. You have a strong awareness of quality and the ability to not only maintain standards, but to actively develop them.

You maintain an independent and responsible working style with a strong hands-on mentality. You communicate clear and at eye level - in feedback as well as in reporting to your lead Very good spoken and written German and English skills
