You constantly receive fresh advertorials from in-house production and create your ad creatives based on them - the entire test loop is up to you. • Independent creation of ad creatives (headlines, ad copy, visuals) based on our advertorials • Development, control and scaling of native campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, if necessary MGID etc.) • Creative/headline testing and placement optimization (whitelists/blacklists) • Funnel optimization together with the content team: Your input controls which advertorial angles are produced • Weekly performance reports and customer communication via Slack Qualification • 2+ years of hands-on native media buying, of which you have proven to be responsible for campaigns with 5 to 6-digit monthly spend • You create your ad creatives yourself: strong headline copy, secure visual creation, feel for CTR levers • Proven experience with advertorial/presell funnels - you know how to manage CTR and CVR at the content level leverages • Experience with placement management, bid strategies and tracking (e.g.
