We are looking for support in the area of ​​project and process organization on behalf of our client T.Eilers & Partner. This is exactly where you come into play. We (our recruiters) are looking for personnel exclusively for our company, both for our existing offices and for digital offices (remote). Important: Residence or second home in Germany required.

The collaboration takes place completely digitally via a structured online office with Zoom and MS 365. Tasks Filling vacancies with perfect candidates Dealing with personnel marketing and personnel development Formulating job advertisements, pre-screening Conducting interviews Online advertisements Social media recruiting Qualification Communication skills in German (written and oral). Ability to work effectively under pressure and set priorities.

Computer skills and mastery of common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.). Initiative and ability to complete tasks independently. Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
