We are looking for someone who doesn't just place ads, but understands why some campaigns move people and others don't. Tasks You plan, run and optimize our meta ads campaigns - from the target group to the budget to the daily evaluation of the numbers. At the same time, you develop the creatives: ad images, videos and texts that convey our message.
You bring two things together: you analyze numbers and understand what they mean - and you use them to develop images and texts that really speak to people. Your tasks in detail: Independent planning, construction and control of Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) - from strategy to implementation Management and optimization of advertising budgets with a clear focus on measurable results (CPL, CTR, ROAS) Development of campaign strategies based on target group analyzes and market observation Creation and further development of ad creatives - static and video-based - independently or in collaboration with the team Structured testing of target groups, creatives, messages and landing pages clear test logic Regular analysis of the campaign results and derivation of concrete optimization measures Creation of understandable KPI reports for internal evaluation and further development of the strategy Active participation in the overall marketing strategy of Finanzklar Qualification Job
