With teams across the US, UK, and India, we're building the next generation of enterprise AI and we're looking for exceptional people to help us scale.Who You AreWe're looking for an AI-native content operator to lead aion's social media presence, thought leadership, and content strategy across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.This is not a traditional social media role.

You'll work directly with company leadership to identify important developments across AI, enterprise technology, startups, and venture capital, then turn those insights into content, commentary, and narratives that grow aion's brand and influence.What You'll DoOwn and manage aion's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channelsDevelop and maintain the company content calendarMonitor AI news, research, product launches, funding announcements, and industry trendsIdentify opportunities for aion and leadership to participate in relevant conversationsDraft posts, threads, commentary, and thought leadership content for executives and company accountsWork closely with design to create social graphics, carousels, videos, and visual contentSupport conference, event, and speaking engagement promotionTrack performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategyBuild systems and workflows that allow aion to respond quickly to important developments in the AI ecosystem
